PartyLift provides rental activities and entertainment services for events. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may vary based on location, duration, and customisation requirements.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges.

5. Liability

PartyLift shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of rented equipment or activities, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
