Three to four new activities a month.Yours to pitch first.

Membership is a monthly subscription for event agencies. It funds part of our build stream, and everything that stream produces is member-only for its first two months.

What it is

A subscription to the build stream

We build interactive event activities in-house — concept, fabrication, load testing, and the spec sheet your production team asks for before it will commit to a floor plan. Three to four brand-new ones every month. We have been doing this for two years.

Membership funds a share of that stream. You pay a fixed amount each month, and the output comes to you: the new builds first, for two months before anyone else can see them, and the activities already in the public catalogue behind them.

Membership and rental stay separate lines on your budget. The subscription buys the stream and the head start. The activities you actually put on a job are quoted per event and charged per day, the way they are today, with longer runs at a lower per-day rate.

How a month runs

Build, drop, pitch, publish

Step 01

We build

Three to four new activities a month, in-house: concept, fabrication, load test, spec sheet, FAQ.

Step 02

You see it first

Your named producer gets the photos, the specs and a paragraph that drops straight into a deck, the day the build is signed off.

Step 03

You pitch it

For two months it is not on this site, not in the sitemap and not in search. No other agency can quote it.

Step 04

It joins the catalogue

After the window it is listed publicly like everything else. By then you have had two months of pitches on it, and the next build is already with you.

What arrives with a build

Photographs, and the spec sheet: power draw and the points it needs, floor footprint, setup and strike time, throughput per hour, what can carry your client's branding, and whether the activity travels with our technicians or runs unattended. Enough to price it, place it on a floor plan and brief a venue without calling us first.

Why it matters

Two months where it is only yours

Every new activity is member-only for its first two months. In that window it is not listed on this site, not in the sitemap, not in search, and no agency outside the membership can quote it.

The exclusivity is the obvious part. The second-order effect is the one that wins pitches: when you put something in front of a client that they cannot find anywhere, you are not forwarding a supplier's catalogue. You are the agency that had the idea. You brief it, you scope it, you run it — and if the client goes looking for where it came from, there is nothing to find and nobody to call.

After two months it joins the public catalogue like everything else, and any agency can quote it. By then you have had two months of pitch cycles on it, and the next three or four builds are already with you.

Nothing is inside the window at this moment. Every activity we build from here goes into it on the day it launches.

Members see each one on the day it is signed off, two months before it appears on this site.

Term and exit

What it commits you to

Month to month
Billed monthly. No annual contract and no minimum number of months to sign up for.
Cancel with notice
Tell your contact in writing before the next cycle begins and the membership ends with the cycle you have already paid for.
Bookings stay separate
Membership is not a booking commitment. Jobs already confirmed run on the terms they were confirmed on, whether or not the membership continues.
Commercials come in a call
We do not publish a membership fee and we do not publish rental rates. Both are quoted after a conversation about your volume and the kind of work you take on.
From your side

What we need from you

A named producer

One person on your side who owns this: takes the new-build drops, briefs us, signs off the specs. A shared inbox does not work — the drops are the point, and they get lost in one.

Hold windows we can trust

Tell us the dates you are holding and how firm they are. We schedule crew and kit against those holds, so a hold nobody intends to convert takes a live date away from someone else.

Briefs with runway

The earlier a brief reaches us, the more we can shape around it — branding wrap, footprint, throughput, crew. A brief that lands the day before the pitch gets whatever already exists.

We work behind your logo

Your client sees your brand, your deck, your crew briefing. We don't approach them during the project or after it. Our cases and crew shirts carry no branding. And we don't publish who we work with — including you.

The reason you can't see our clients here is the reason you can be one.

Start with a conversation

Send us the agency, the producer who will own it, and the kind of work you take on. We come back with the commercials and a time to talk.
