We build the activity. You pitch it as yours.

PartyLift is an in-house build team in Bangalore renting interactive activities to event agencies. Three to four new builds every month. Crewed by our technicians or handed over to yours. On rent from one day to sixty.

We work behind your logo

Your client sees your brand, your deck, your crew briefing. We don't approach them during the project or after it. Our cases and crew shirts carry no branding. And we don't publish who we work with — including you.

The reason you can't see our clients here is the reason you can be one.

The build stream

Three to four new activities a month

Everything we rent, we built. The workshop ships three to four new interactive activities every month — new mechanics, new tech, not last year's rig in a new wrap.

Every new build is member-exclusive for its first two months. Member agencies pitch it while nobody else can see that it exists. When the window closes it joins the public catalogue, where everyone else finds it at the same time you do. That window is what membership buys.

In exclusive release

No activity is inside that window today, so the public catalogue is everything we rent. The next build opens the window again, and members see it first.

Specs, not adjectives

What you can put in a pitch tomorrow

Open any activity in the catalogue and the numbers are already there — the ones a producer needs before committing to a floor plan, a run sheet or a client call.

Power

The draw in watts, and whether it needs a dedicated point rather than a socket shared with the DJ.

Space

Minimum clear floor area, ceiling height, and what the venue has to provide.

Crew

How many technicians travel with the rig, or whether an operator is recommended rather than required.

Throughput

Session length and how many groups clear in an hour, so the queue maths is already done.

Setup and strike

Hours in and hours out, so it fits the venue access window on your run sheet.

Branding

What can carry your client's marks — frames, prints, backdrops, on-screen artwork.

  • 0 activities live today

Some activities travel with our technicians, some run unattended — the spec sheet tells you which before you quote. Per-activity FAQs answer the rest in plain language: power, space, crew, throughput, setup time and what can carry branding.

How renting works

One day to sixty

A single-day conference, a week-long roadshow, a sixty-day mall activation. Same build, quoted against your dates.

Charged per day

Rental is priced per day, and the per-day rate steps down as the run gets longer. Send the dates and we work it out against them.

Crewed or self-operated

Our technicians travel with the rig and run it, or we hand it over installed, tested and briefed for your crew. The spec row says which activities allow it.

Delivery, setup, strike

We deliver, install, test on site and take it away. Setup times are published, so you can build the access window around them.

We don't publish rates. Dates, venue, footfall and how long it runs are what a quote needs — send those and you get numbers you can drop into the deck.

Two ways to start

Membership

For agencies that want each new build first, and want it for two months before anyone else can see it. Structure, terms and the number come in a call.
